4.2.1 Recognition Disclaimer Our programs are designed as professional development and skills-based education. The recognition and acceptance of ACLAS degrees and certificates vary by jurisdiction, institution, employer, and professional context. Prospective students are solely responsible for verifying the suitability and acceptance of our credentials for their intended purposes, including employment, licensure, or further education.
4.2.2 Employer-Centric Model ACLAS focuses on providing practical, career-relevant education that enhances professional skills and competencies. Our value proposition centers on employer recognition and real-world applicability rather than traditional academic accreditation pathways. Success depends largely on individual merit, demonstrated skills, and employer evaluation.
4.3 Delivery Programs are delivered via pre-recorded lectures, quizzes, and digital resources accessible through our student portal.
4.4 Modifications We may, at our discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service or program with reasonable notice where feasible.
