You can reset your password in two ways, depending on whether you are logged in or not:
If you are already logged in:
1. Click your profile icon at the top right corner.
2. Select User Profile from the dropdown menu.
3. Go to the Account tab.
4. In this section, you will find the option to reset your password. Simply follow the prompts to set a new one.
If you forgot your password and cannot log in:
1. On the login page, click “Forgot Password”.
2. Enter the email address linked to your account, and click “Send Request”
3. A password reset email will be sent to you.
4. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check Spam, Junk, or All Mail folders.
5. Open the email and click “Change Password”.
6. Follow the instructions to create a new password and access your account again.
