After completing your ACLAS program, including all assessments and full tuition payment, the issuance of your certificate and academic transcript typically takes
1 to 3 business days for processing.
Processing Details
1. Once you submit your application for your certificate and transcript in
My Programs, the status will show
“Pending”.
2. Our course consultants review your academic completion, payment status, and any other required documentation.
3. If everything is verified, the status will change to
“Download”, and you can immediately access your digital certificate and transcript.
Important Notes
- High Enrollment Periods: Processing may occasionally take slightly longer than 3 business days during peak times.
- Payment & Completion Requirement: Certificates are issued only after full payment and successful completion of your program. Incomplete payments or unfinished courses will result in a refused application.
- Optional Services: If you request a hard copy, Apostille, or QualificationCheck verification, additional time will apply depending on shipping or third-party processing.
